THE BRIEF
We were challenged with positioning Zebra Technologies as a front-of-mind technology partner able to help senior retailers reach their transformation goals. The tech firm wanted a campaign that offered lead generation and brand awareness as well as high-level networking opportunities.
THE SOLUTION
Zebra Technologies partnered with Retail Week for the 10th edition of our annual flagship report, Retail 2022, for the second year in a row.
One of Retail Week’s most highly anticipated reports, Retail 2022 was based exclusively on in-depth interviews with the chief executives of 53 leading UK retailers, including Gymshark, Beauty Pie, Pets at Home, Currys and Levi’s, together with a further six chief executives of international businesses. It provides retail’s c-suite with high-level insight into the discussions and investment strategies happening across their peers’ boardrooms.
The campaign provided lead generation and brand awareness via the report, which is hosted behind a data-capture page, as well as an exclusive off-record CEO strategy breakfast, providing networking opportunities with senior retail leaders.
Campaign marketing included:
- Online teaser content articles on Retail-Week.com and published on morning briefing newsletters and monthly Connect newsletter
- Social content across LinkedIn (57,400 followers), Twitter (100,000+ followers) and Facebook (+5,800 followers)
- Native advertising on Retail-Week.com
- Marketing emails to our 35,000-strong database of retail professionals
- High-level, off-record CEO networking and discussion breakfast at The Wolseley, central London
