- Regional differences in delivery and payment preferences.
- The true value of personalisation and how to get the balance right.
- What customers want you to invest in when it comes to omnichannel experiences.
- The impact of AI on personalisation and retail operations across European markets.
The report also featured case studies from European retail leaders, mapping the essential digital investments and innovations reshaping retail strategy.
Campaign marketing included:
- Promotion of the sole-sponsored report through email marketing to over 87k recipients, social media promotion and digital advertising on retail-week.com.
- Online editorial-style teaser articles published on retail-week.com, amplifying brand awareness – seeing engagement from brands including Sainsbury’s, John Lewis, Tesco, M&S, Screwfix, QVC, and more.
